2. Digital Service

Fern Studio is an AI-powered fashion photography platform. Users purchase credits (in INR) that are consumed when generating AI images, virtual try-ons, model photos, and other creative outputs. Credits are a digital, non-tangible product.

3. Refund Policy

Since credits are a digital product that are consumed instantly upon use, we generally do not offer refunds on purchased credits. However, refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate or accidental payment — if you were charged multiple times for the same transaction.
  • Payment processed but credits not received — if a technical issue prevented credits from being added to your account.
  • Service outage — if the platform was down and you were unable to use purchased credits within a reasonable period.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Credits that have already been used for image generation.
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated output quality (as results may vary).
  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Failure to use credits before account deletion.

5. Cancellation Policy

Fern Studio operates on a one-time credit purchase model (not a subscription). There are no recurring charges to cancel. Once a payment is made and credits are added to your account, the transaction is considered complete. If you wish to stop using the service, simply stop purchasing credits — your existing credits will remain in your account.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us with the following details:

  • Your registered email address
  • Order ID / Transaction ID
  • Amount paid
  • Reason for the refund request

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
